		<description>The info in the above video seems to be correct. I had a client enquire about a Nevada corporation. When I asked him why he needed that, he told me that he just heard Nevada Corporation gives you more benefits. Well, the truth is it used to be that way, but that niche was closed down about 7 years ago. If you operate your INC in California and use a Nevada corporation you will rather raise red flags. So just get an INC or LLC in California and grow your business. Sky is the limit, Good Luck to you all.
